Weekly Chef's Special Lunch

  • We like to keep it spicy at Buoy, so we offer a rotating trio of Chef's Specials for you to choose from, and for your team to enjoy.

    Current Menu:

    Option #1 - "Warm & Cozy"
    •Beef Stroganoff - mushrooms, cream sauce
    •Garlic Shrimp - sautéed shrimp tossed in a light garlic herb sauce
    •Mushroom Risotto - sliced mushrooms, parmesan, white wine (v, gf)
    •Egg Noodles (v)
    •Roasted Brussel Sprouts - balsamic drizzle (v, gf)
    •Spinach Salad - spinach, tomato, bleu cheese, Dijon Vinaigrette (v, gf)

    Option #2 - "Lighter Side"
    •Rosemary Chicken (gf) - lemon, rosemary, beurre blanc
    •Roasted Tomato Tilapia - broiled tilapia topped with herbs and oven roasted tomatoes
    •Rosemary "Chick'n" (v, gf) - lemon, rosemary, beurre blanc
    •Cauliflower Pilaf - riced cauliflower, peas, onion (v, gf)
    •Green Beans - with frizzled onions (v, gf)
    •House Salad - mixed greens, tomato, carrot, cucumber, garlic croutons, Balsamic Vinaigrette (v, gf)

    Option #3 - "Simple Lunch"
    •Lemon Basil Chicken (gf) - sliced chicken topped with a fresh lemon, basil sauce
    •Dill Salmon - seared salmon, dill yogurt on the side
    •Cauliflower Steak (v, gf) - topped with parmesan
    •Wild Rice (v, gf)
    •Glazed Carrots - honey & dill (v, gf)
    •Power Greens - kale, spinach, tomatoes, parmesan, Lemon Vinaigrette (v, gf)
